1. Introduction

  • Emphasize the program's overarching goals of longevity and sustainable growth.

  • Highlight the importance of controlled membership volume during the launch phase to ensure operational efficiency and secure supplier agreements.

  • Stress the significance of generating immediate capital to fuel long-term growth plans.

2. Membership Structure

  • Allow for the initial enrollment of 1,000 members across all tiers.

  • Internally organize members into groups of 250 for streamlined management purposes.

  • Assure all members of fair and equitable access to offerings and information, regardless of tier.

3. Membership Tiers and Pricing

  • Detail the three membership tiers: T1, T2, and T3.

  • Emphasize the diversity and breadth of offerings to appeal to a wide range of interests and preferences.
