Most people don't know anything about me and have never heard of me. That's because I am not big, famous, or anything special. I'm an oddball, have plenty of quirks, positives, negatives, and all the others things everyone does. I say this because you have the same ability, if I can do it, you can too!! The "it".... I have found that helping people achieve their it is what truly drives me and is ultimately my it. I have many accomplishments and many failures. Things I'm proud of and things I wish had been different. I've enjoyed life and felt like life was absolutely ripping me to shreds. I've had good experiences and bad ones. And on and on and on. I have been fortunate to be able to focus on things that I enjoy doing and having control over one of the things most important to me, my time. I've not ever stopped looking for what makes me the best version of myself because doing that ensures that I can be of more benefit to others. Born in Jackson Ms. but relocating shortly after birth, (my choice though) I call a small town in North TX my hometown. Through a focus on brand influencing and marketing while also taking advantage of the influx of viewers at home with the little to do, I grew that business to over 20k/month in revenue. This was year 1. *Averaged over asking price and maintained majority as cash deals for sellers. *Was above average in securing property for buyers in a time where it was heavy on the seller side and many would lose multiple properties until finally offering an outrageous amount on one.
